Local + 800 Access
Local Plus (+) Toll Free is accustomed dialing feature which allows the Telephone Company's customers to block long distance call except to toll free numbers. This service is intended to help customers control call origination from their local access line.
The Company cannot guarantee blocking of services by long distance carriers that use toll free numbers or to9her dial-around arrangements which may circumvent the blocking protection provided by this service. The subscriber is responsible for payment of any toll charges incurred as a result of such a call.
