We Require Installation and First Month Service in Advance!

In most cases, you need to come to RTC's Business Office to order phone service. You should have the following information available when you apply:

* Correct physical address
* complete mailing address
* names to be listed in the directory
* Employment status
* Information about previous telephone service
* Credit information
* Photo ID

We try to service within five days of paid installation depending on other troubles that have to be dealt with.

The information to allow collect calls and third number billing will not be in effect for seven to ten days
