ADVANCED VOICE MAIL
A voice mailbox equipped to play a personal greeting to the caller and record the caller's message. Call Forward Don't Answer and Call Forward Busy is offered with this service. The maximum message length is two minutes, maximum message storage is twenty (20) messages, unplayed retention is fifteen (15) days, and played retention is seven (7) days.

INITIAL SETUP
From your home or business dial 676-6245. Enter the temporary passcode number 1234. This automatically activates the tutorial (*). The tutorial will guide you through your first mailbox session, explain how to record a greeting and your name, and prompt you to change your temporary passcode to a new 4-10 digit personal passcode.
*If you have a NONPUB telephone number, you must dial in your telephone number when prompted for mailbox number.
RETRIEVING MESSAGES
- If you have a message waiting, you will have a stutter dial tone
- Dial 676-6245 and enter your passcode and follow instructions
- Press the 7 (P)lay to play message
- Press the 5 (K)eep to keep the message
- Press the 3 (D)iscard to discard the message
- Press the 8 (U)ser Options
- Press the 9 e(X)it
- If you are away from your phone
- dial 676-6245, mailbox # (your home phone number) followed by the * key.
- When prompted, enter your passcode
- or, dial your home or business phone followed by the * key

Anytime during message playback you can press: 1 to pause for 30 seconds *
