Ronan Telephone Company Customer Service Mission Statement It is the mission of our customer service representative staff to promote and maintain an environment of understanding and support by creating comfortable and direct Communications while understanding the importance of continual learning. We pledge to make excellent Customer Service our highest priority, and protect the reputation of Ronan Telephone Company to the best of our ability. Your Bill The monthly charge for local telephone service is billed one month in advance. Long distance call are billed after you make them. Accounts are due upon receipt and delinquent after the 10th day of the month. RTC Good Customer Drawing Every month Ronan Telephone Company draws the name of one residential customer from among all those whose bills were paid in full bye the 10th day of that month. The winner receives a $35 credit to their account. Click on Winner to see a list of our past and current drawing. Collection Policy You will be advised of the past due account unless you have make arrangements with the Ronan Telephone Company. If full payment has not been received by noon of the 20th day of the month, service may be disconnected. RTC may be willing to make special arrangements on an individual basis; if you cannot make payment before the 20th of the month, please call RTC's Business Office 676-2751. |
