protect the privacy of information we obtain in the normal course of
providing service. While we are working hard to serve you in new and
exciting ways, our commitment to protecting your privacy remains as

Customer Proprietary Network Information
(CPNI) includes the types of services you purchase, how you use
them and the related billing of those services. RTC has strict policies
governing employee access to customer records. We access customer accounts,
records or reports for authorized business purposes only. We educate
our employees about their obligation to safeguard customer information
and telephone calls, and we hold them accountable for their actions.
What is personal information?
Personal information is information about an individual's account.
This includes information about your telephone service subscriptions
and usage. Information such as a directory listing of your name, address,
telephone number and electronic address, is not considered personal
information unless you specifically request it to be so.
We collect personal information only for the

Disclosure of Information
RTC keeps the records of the services you buy and the calls
you make private, and will not disclose this information to outside
parties without the permission of the holder of the account. However,
we do release customer information without involving you if disclosure
is required by law. This is further explained below.
