We have recently upgraded our voice mail system to allow us to offer you an even better voice mail product with more benefits and features such as:

• Sub-Mailboxes: Sub mailboxes can have their own private greeting.
• Auto Login: Now password to enter or remember daily from your home phone.
• PLUS coming in the future: Call Return, Announce Caller, Pager/Phone Notification, and Daily Notification

INITIAL SETUP

From your home or business dial 676-6245 (MAIL). Enter the temporary PIN Code (0000) followed by the # key. (Your PIN Code will be 0000, until you change it.)

• Press 1 to retrieve messages or 9 for mailbox setup.
  • Press 1: For greeting options (you can disregard this step if you choose to use the default greeting.
  • Press 2: To change your password.
  • Press *: To return to main menu.

   

• To change or record your greeting
  • Press 1: For greeting options.
  • Press 4: To record your greeting.
  • Press #: To end recording function.
  • Press 1: To listen to greeting.
  • Press 2: To save greeting. (Greeting must be save to be activated.)

RETRIEVING MESSAGES

• If you have a message waiting, you will have a stutter dial tone.
• Dial 676-6245 and enter your passcode and follow instructions:
  • Press 1: For new messages.
  • Press 2: For saved messages.
  • Press *: To return to main menu to listen to messages.
  • Press 1: To play or replay message.
  • Press 2: To save message and go to the next message.
  • Press 3: To delete message and go to the next message.
  • Press 4: To save message as new.

   

• If you are away from your phone
  • Dial 676-6245 (MAIL), mailbox # (your home phone number) followed by the # key.
  • When prompted, enter your passcode followed by the # key.
  • Then follow the message retrieval procedure.

HELPFUL HINTS:

• Anytime during message playback you can press:
  • Press 7: To skip back 3 seconds.
  • Press 8: To pause or continue message.
  • Press 9: To skip forward 3 seconds
  • Press *: To return to main menu.

BASIC VOICE MAIL

A voice mailbox equipped to play a personal greeting to the caller and record the caller's message. Call Forward Don't Answer is offered with this service. The maximum message length is two minutes, maximum message storage is twenty (20) messages, unplayed retention is fifteen (15) days, and played retention is seven (7) days.

ADVANCED VOICE MAIL

A voice mailbox equipped to play a personal greeting to the caller and record the caller's message. Call Forward Don't Answer and Call Forward Busy is offered with this service. The maximum message length is two minutes, maximum message storage is twenty (20) messages, unplayed retention is fifteen (15) days, and played retention is seven (7) days.

DELUXE VOICE MAIL

A voice mailbox equipped to play a personal greeting to the caller and record the caller's message. Call Forward Don't Answer and Call Forward Busy is offered with this service. The maximum message length is two minutes, maximum message storage is forty (40) messages, unplayed retention is twenty-two(22) days, and played retention is fourteen (14) days.

GREETING ONLY VOICE MAIL

A voice mailbox equipped to play a personal greeting and then disconnect. The calling party is not able to leave a message. The maximum message length is two (2) minutes.
